    Far from disabled friendly with a large step to get in! Staff were efficient but lacked the customer service oriented behaviour. This store lacks sufficient parking for anyone wanting to go inside. But the redeeming quality was the food was perfectly cooked!Parking: Parking is available on the street but only enough for a limited number of cars and always busy!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a button on the door for help but absolutely no way for a wheelchair to get into the store you'd have to order from outside the door and have food brought to you.

    How appalling is the service here?!?!?!OMG - ITS UTTERLY SHOCKING...No forks or napkins in cutlery station....asked manager why a min wait as well for food....FLO the manager couldn't organise a breathing contest!!!!! MORE IMPOERTANT ARE THE LAZY PEOPLE THAT ORDER OUT...NOT THE PEOPLE WHO DECIDED TO DRIVE THERE AND ORDER...WHAT IS WRONG WITH BRITAIN?!?!?!?!?

    This is the worst experience I've ever had in any KFC outlet. The staffs were unprofessional, rude and severely untrained. When I asked for my wife's student discount they firstly said that there none, to which I replied by saying I've actually worked in KFC for a few months and they do provide one for pound order after which they immediately changed their tone and said that there is one. Besides that, we were there - mins before closing time and they kept trying to drive us away by saying there is nothing available. Horrible horrible staff.Would not recommend.
